When I released my home-workout, Bikini Body Program, I got SO MANY requests for a weight lifting program. You guys asked for it.. and now after months of work, it’s finally here! The Fit Body Program is very near and dear to me, because most of the workouts within it are straight from my own training journal. Writing this program brought me back to when I first started my own fitness journey. I created The Fit Body Program for girls who want to take their fitness to the next level. It’s designed for those who are relatively new to lifting weights and want to not only get in the best shape of their lives, but learn how to design their very own workouts as well! The only things you must have for this program are a gym membership (there are some larger pieces of equipment such as a leg press, squat rack, etc. that is necessary to complete this program) and a 5-6, multi-subject notebook.
