Can I print the program?
Yes, you’re welcome to print out the program!
Can I view the program on my smart phone?
Yes. In order to view the program on your smart phone, you need to first download a free PDF reader app from the app store (I recommend Adobe). After you’ve downloaded the PDF reader app, you can transfer the program from your computer or iPad, onto your phone.
Can I view the program on my tablet?
Not all tablets can download and view PDF files. You need to check first if your tablet is able to download, open and view PDF files.
Is this program for beginners or advanced?
This program is made for individuals who have some knowledge or experience working out. You do not have to be advanced to complete this program, but if you have never worked out before, this program may prove too intense. My Bikini Body Program is meant more for beginners.
Can I do this program at home or do I need a gym membership?
This program can be done in a gym or at home if you have a home-gym set-up. See below for the list of equipment!
What equipment do I need to do this program?
You will need: various sizes of dumbbells, small/lighter barbells (for upper body exercises) and a standard adjustable barbell with plates (for heavier, lower body exercises), an adjustable bench, high cables (for pull downs and other exercises like tricep pushdowns), low cables (for exercises like rows), different cable attachments like a rope, v-bar, close-grip attachment and wide-grip bar, a stability ball, and a jump rope.
How heavy of dumbbells and barbells do I need?
The size dumbbells and weights you will need are completely dependent on your individual strength. What’s heavy to one person may be light to another and vice versa (so it’s difficult to say exactly what weight you will need). You will likely need lighter weights for your upper body exercises, and heavier weights for lower body exercises. There are adjustable dumbbells that are very compact and easy to use. Does this program contain a meal plan?
This program contains nutrition guidelines, tips and a full grocery list to help you plan your own meals. This program does not contain a meal plan. The reason for this, is because different people have different likes/dislikes, food allergies and may be from countries that don’t have certain foods. In addition, age, height, weight, gender and activity level all play a part in how much food each person needs a day.
How many days a week are the workouts?
The workouts are 6 times a week. There are also 5 cardio sessions each week.
How long are the workouts?
The workouts range from 30 to about 45 minutes.
Is the $9.99 price a monthly fee?
Nope! The price you pay at checkout ($9.99) is a one-time fee.
