I’m really looking forward to hosting this MTL Fit Challenge. Those of you who have followed me for the past few years, know I have done a variety of fitness challenges! Due to new projects and a new job, I haven’t been able to host them as regularly this past year… But I’m happy to finally say.. I’m baaaaack. =P
This challenge is simple really… it’s about getting in the best shape of your life! It’s about finding your passion for exercise and having a place to stay accountable. I want you all to truly become a fit family (or “fit fam” as it’s commonly referred to)! This challenge isn’t about monetary prizes, it’s about creating a stronger, healthier and fitter YOU! Your competition isn’t the girl next to you… it’s the girl in the mirror… Be better than you were yesterday!
You can select from any of my three workout programs. (The links to the programs are below). There will be a Facebook group for you ladies to confide in and support one-another! I will be checking in regularly and chatting with you ladies in the group! Be sure and tag me in posts to get my attention if you have a question. My newsfeed travels fast, but I always try my best to answer everyone!

The start date for the challenge is Monday, August 10th. Don’t worry if you missed the start date. You can join in at anytime, as there is no “cut-off” time, no entry fee and no completion deadline. This challenge is about reaching your goals! Not winning prize money. Trust me, feeling your healthiest and your fittest is prize enough!
The challenge will last for a total of 12 weeks, with 3 mandatory check-ins (each one is 4 weeks apart). These check-ins can be pictures, text posts.. whatever you’d like! I encourage you to share both your ups, as well as your downs!

- Read the Challenge Guide to prepare.

I got a bit off track not long ago (just like anyone, I have my ups and downs… my weight fluctuates…hey, I’m human). This was my own progress after getting back into the swing of things… About 5 weeks of hard work in the gym and the kitchen later… I tightened up all over (especially my tummy) and my clothes were fitting SO much better. Obviously everyone’s bodies are unique, so progress varies from person to person and depends on so many factors… But if I.. a lazy, pizza-loving, wine-enthusiast can get back on track, so can you! Don’t let a few mistakes or some weight-gain keep you from reaching your health and fitness goals!
