“I moved across the world to London just over 2 years ago and living in a whole new country, my health fell to the bottom of my priority list and boozy nights and eating out took over. I put on about 8kg (17.6 lbs) in a year and half (what we call the ‘Heathrow Injection’) and felt absolutely terrible about myself, losing all my confidence.
Since deciding to start your Bikini Body Program I’ve lost 9cm from my hips, 10cm (4 inches) from my chest, 5cm (2 inches) from my arms and 8cm (3 inches) from my thighs! I haven’t weighed myself but have kept a photo diary of my progress instead. The program gave me so much more confidence in the gym because I had a plan of action and knew what I had to do everyday, which was a huge help in achieving these awesome results.
I haven’t been perfect either, I’ve skipped days, eaten some bad food here and there and still had some big nights out, but through your motivational Instagram posts I have learnt not to beat myself up about it and just to keep calm, carry on and continue to work hard. As you say, it’s a lifestyle after all, not a diet.
So thank you for all your help and support, your ongoing Instagram motivation helps to get me out of bed every morning and to the gym 🙂 This is definitely the healthiest I’ve ever been and it has proved to me that living in London doesn’t mean being doomed to an unhealthy life of booze and indulgent food.”
