This challenge is about finding a healthy balance in life. Even if you indulged over the holidays, there’s no reason you can’t work it off and get back on track. Besides, that time SHOULD be spent enjoying the company of loved ones and delicious home-cooked fare. You shouldn’t have to feel bad or guilty for it! Let’s take this month to get back on track and enjoy our healthy lifestyles, while embracing our “guilty pleasures” too! There’s room for both in a balanced lifestyle! Tuesdays are cardio days… follow the instructions on the calendar for your cardio workout of the week!

Sunday is rest day! Take that time to reflect on the week prior and what your goals are for the upcoming week! Don’t forget to step outside your comfort zone and try something new!
