During the holidays, it’s easy to let our health and fitness fall by the wayside. Get-togethers with friends and family often include abundant holiday fare and drink. All too often, we take the opportunity to gorge ourselves after being so “good” during the summer months to look cute in our bikinis and LBDs. But honestly, there is no reason to feel guilty about enjoying delicious food andbeverages that surround the holidays! MODERATION is key. This challenge is about finding a healthy balance! Exercise and eating healthy not only improves your physique, it makes you feel good too… so don’t let the holidays be an excuse to give up entirely on your workouts and nutrition!
