YAY! October is finally here! It’s almost time for scarves, boots and hot cocoa here in LA. Ok well… not quite. But Autumn is certainly upon us and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
Today marks day one of the #MTLfallchallenge! The hashtag is growing on Instagram, which is so exciting to see! I’m really looking forward to checking out all of your posts and updates!
Just because Summer is over doesn’t mean you have to stop working out! Exercise and eating healthy not only improves your physique, it makes you feel good too! This challenge is about finding a healthy balance in life. With the holidays coming up, home-cooked fare and family get-togethers are abundant. You shouldn’t have to feel bad or guilty for enjoying them! Let’s take this month to enjoy our healthy lifestyles, while embracing our “guilty pleasures” too! There’s room for both in a balanced lifestyle! This month, practice moderation with your nutrition, positivity with your mindset and FUN challenges with your workouts!
