Chocolate is my weakness. I adore it and could eat it everyday… so I pretty much do. 😉
BUT… the chocolate I DO eat everyday is the protein-packed kind! In other words, I get creative with my unsweetened baking cocoa and protein powder!
Here is a pretty standard “snack” in my daily intake. Sometimes I freeze it, sometimes I don’t. It just depends on my mood! It’s super quick and easy and can be carried around in tupperware if you’re on the go! Sometimes I even like to take the ingredients to work separately (like in the picture) if I’m in a rush!
My Chocolate Protein FroYo Recipe!
- 6 ounces nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 TB unsweetened baking cocoa
- Stevia to taste
Stir all ingredients until smooth. Pop in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy! I originally made this as pudding. But if you freeze it, it actually tastes almost exactly like frozen yogurt! So in other words… you could eat this without freezing it! Super simple and healthy! =D

How much Stevia would you say is ok for “taste”? I couldn’t find the stevia you have in the pic (I’ve been looking everywhere! It seems that is the “secrete ingredient” when it comes to sweetening healthy foods), so I just bought the packets…I put two in and it still kind of has that sour-ish taste…suggestions? Thanks!

It takes a little getting used to as it does tend to have a tart taste. A few drops or 1-2 packets is “normal” I’d say =)

I was wondering where do you buy Stevia? I am from Canada so I have a little trouble finding it. Do you recommend any other sweeteners if I can’t find Stevia? Thanks ^^
