Chocolate is my weakness. I adore it and could eat it everyday… so I pretty much do. 😉
BUT… the chocolate I DO eat everyday is the protein-packed kind! In other words, I get creative with my unsweetened baking cocoa and protein powder!
Here is a pretty standard “snack” in my daily intake. Sometimes I freeze it, sometimes I don’t. It just depends on my mood! It’s super quick and easy and can be carried around in tupperware if you’re on the go! Sometimes I even like to take the ingredients to work separately (like in the picture) if I’m in a rush!
- 6 ounces nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 TB unsweetened baking cocoa
- Stevia to taste
Stir all ingredients until smooth. Pop in the freezer for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy! I originally made this as pudding. But if you freeze it, it actually tastes almost exactly like frozen yogurt! So in other words… you could eat this without freezing it! Super simple and healthy! =D
